Job Profile

Currently working with NASS the Group in Bahrain. I have involved in developing
procedure and troubleshooting problems whilst meeting and improving accounting
measurements.
Nass Corporation includes 13 companies with diversified businesses, in Bahrain and has
operations in Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Abu Dhabi. The scope of the project is restricted to
Bahrain operations and implementation of Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA and CE) and SCM
(PO, INV, and OM) modules.
I am responsible for dealing with all aspects of the business from sorting the mail,
posting invoices in different system to solving queries (vendors and internal), compiling
daily control reports and monthly accounts reconciliation.
Working as a part of General Ledger accounting team with primary activity as Inter
Company & Balance Sheet Reconciliations (miscellaneous) for Nass Group of
Companies Operations which includes gathering data; identifying Scrutiny the data,
correcting and adjusting all un-reconciled items( unrecorded invoices/entries/errors,etc)
and clearing ( post with clear) settlements
Interacting with client, Accounts executives reconcilers and other counter parts
working internally for the world with frequent calls and con-calls to resolve the open

items which cause imbalances in books of accounts and also to resolve any long
pending issues.
Working on Trial Balance Upload process for BP entity and Rectifying the Errors In TB
upload Process like Unblocking Cost center , G/L account changes and the Imbalance in
P&L and balance sheet.
Carrying consolidation activities like reporting group accounts, balance confirmation for
all group companies.
Analyzing the income ledger to find the invoices which have not been booked in the
system and pushing the same
Analysis and resolution of variances, and reporting the same to the management.
Liasoning with several banks, external/internal auditors.
Good Knowledge of Balance Sheet and Accruals.
Negotiate information from Customers and suppliers of information on Inter Company
Reconciliation after understanding the people involved and their roles

Confirmation process on Quarterly basis which involves huge research in resolving the
intercompany ledger differences and which has to be finished with in a challenging time
of 4 days.

Involved in designing of Organization Structure & Chart of Accounts structure.


Gathering Business Requirements, Identifying Gaps, preparation of Gap-analysis
documents and providing suitable Work-Around/Solutions to the gaps.
Defined Multi-Org Structure & performed the setups of All Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA
& CE).
