2006 – 2009 Facilities Management Supervisor
• Managed rentals of facility properties and resources
for two campuses; oversee resource allocation, and
provided and managed marketing strategies for
expansion of program. Successfully established high-
dollar long-term rental agreement with regional
university.

• Responsibilities included daily supervision and
coordination of a $3.5 million renovation project of the
75,000 sq. ft Marilyn Fox JCC Facility.
• Operations with contractors, sub contractors,
architects, and consultants were coordinated with and
communicated with all JCC site departments.
• Upgraded areas included: Aquatic Center,
Multipurpose Gym, Fitness Center, Spinning Studio,
Functional and Circuit Training Studios, Yoga/Pilates
studio, batting cages, early childhood, full service
kitchens, main lobby, membership offices, conference
rooms and locker rooms.
• Additional responsibilities included the research
and selection of various cardiovascular equipment,
free and machine weight equipment, various sound
systems, flooring and locker selection.
2005 – 2006 Corporate Sales Manager
• Led the establishment of new corporate membership
program.
• Managed corporate membership details for multiple
entities.

• Managed 6,000 sq ft. fitness center and fitness staff of
