Patch 2 for Mental Omega APYR v2.0psi has been released on 19.11.

2010 - over two


years after the last 2.0psi update. Why?
There were several critical bugs which are fixed with this patch, since we are s
till working on 3.0 and waiting for next Ares release. I thought it would be gre
at if you tried playing 2.0psi again before you move to the next release so you
can really feel the difference.
Yeah, this patch should've appeared earlier but we didn't know 3.0 development w
ould take so much time. Of course, it includes changes introduced in the first p
atch for 2.0psi.
Chinese language patch is still valid for this update, with the only incorrect i
nfo given about veteran units for America and China. Americans no longer have in
itial veteran GIs while Chinese no longer have Conscripts as initial veterans.
Also, I'd like to point out that changes provided with this patch will not necce
ssarily remain in 3.0. Next release will be very different from 2.0. Stay tuned!

INSTALLATION OF THE PATCH:
Just place the .xmlf file in your YR directory and then activate Mental Omega vi
a mod launcher.
Make sure you've got YR patched to 1.001 and NPSE 0022 installed.
.xmlf file included in this patch should replace the older .xmlf file from the f
irst patch.

Things which are not fixed with this patch:
- Assault Mappacks are read incorrectly by the mod, you have to rename AM mixes
(see forums)
- New maps provided by the mod will most likely cause Reconnection Errors
- Tech slider set to 1 may cause crashes, don't use it
Issues above will be dealt with in 3.0 release.
If there are any other issues which are not fixed with this patch, please report
them at forums and when 3.0 beta is released, please check if those bugs are st
ill in.
