Phase 3: DOCUMENTATION AND CONSTRUCTION CO-ORDINATION

This is drawn up in conformity with the final project, and provides a detailed
explanation of the work to be completed and the expected cost. It is devised so that
each element can be identified in terms of shape, type, quality, dimension and price; it
comprises the graphic sheets drafted in adequate scales, including any construction
details and sections, the technical specifications, the estimative metric computation
and the list of unit prices.
The project is drawn up on the basis of the studies and investigations carried out
during the preceding phases, according to altitude plan metric surveys, as well as to
measurements and further investigations for checking details or project options that
might be deemed if necessary.
A work maintenance plan will also be enclosed.
