Learning Intervention Theme :

STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKLIFE BALANCE


Target Population :
Senior Staff and Managers who would benefit from the Workshop.
Objectives
At the end of the Learning Intervention, Participants will be able to effectively apply
techniques, tools, skills and mindsets to :

manage the emotional, biochemical and physiological components of stress


understand and be kick-started to enhance own work & life balance situation so
that personal and corporate goals are sustainably met, given the choices made
prepare and action a plan to continue practicing the learnt skills and techniques
to better manage stress and worklife balance

This learning intervention should be as hands-on as possible when teaching


techniques so that Participants should be able to continue practicing and then
internalize post Workshop. It would be an advantage if the resource/s have
medical, psychology or holistic health training and experience.
