Command Positions

Commander-in-Chief [Marshal]: The head of the community. Tasked with


recruiting new regiments, implementing new ideas, and executing command and
control operations of the community.
Chief of Staff [General d'rmee]: The person tasked with the day-to-day
operations of the community.
Division Commanders [General de Division/Major General]: Division
Commanders are tasked with overseeing the recruitment and organization of the
various brigades or regiment under their command. Division Commanders may
also be responsible for organizing divisional events if size permits.
Brigade Commanders [General de Brigade/Brigadier]: Brigade Commanders
are tasked with overseeing the recruitment, organization, training of the various
regiment under their command. Brigade Commanders are also tasked with
commanding their brigade on the field of battle.

Elections & Term Limits

Commander-in-Chief: Is elected by democratic vote every 2 months; assumes


power on the first of the month and resigns command at the end of his/her
second month. May serve two consecutive terms. Can serve as many terms if
elected as long as they do not exceed two terms.
Chief of Staff: For cohesion and performance reasons, the Chief of Staff will be
elected by democratic vote and will serve until he/she decides to resign. This will
allow for some continuity and stability when going through a Change of
Command with the Commander-in-Chiefs.
Division Commanders: Division Commanders are democratically elected and
serve until he/she decides to resign. This, again, is for cohesions sake.
Brigade Commanders: Brigade Commanders are democratically elected by
the members of the brigade in question, once every month. Brigade Commanders
may serve as many terms as elected for.

Code of Conduct
I. Respect everyone regardless of rank.
II. Follow orders. If you object to orders, please submit a report of them to a superior
officer. The issue will be reviewed.
III. Refrain from using, posting, or sharing any inappropriate language, pictures, or
videos.
IV. Everyone has the right to be heard from, but there is a time and a place to discuss
things.
V. Do not troll at events. This will result in your removal from your unit.

VI. While you use the communitys tags, you represent the community. Be aware that
your actions reflect upon the community as a whole.
VII. Promotions are earned through merit or election. Do not ask for them please.
VIII. You are welcomed to bring your friends into the TeamSpeak. However, they are
guests and can be asked to leave if they are not acting appropriately.
IX. Discipline is the job of the certain officers. Do not issue punishments if you do not
have the authority or permission to do so.
X. Have fun. This is a game after all!
