1. The giveaway promoter is Kabrita UK, part of Hyproca Nutrition B.V.

2. Kabrita reserves the right to change these terms at any time and to communicate
the changes to entrants by updating these terms on this website
3. The giveaway is open to mainland UK residents excluding employees of Kabrita or
any other organisation linked to the giveaway in any way
4. Entrants must be aged 16 or over
5. Kabrita is asking users to enter a giveaway on Facebook for the chance to win three
randomly selected childrens books
6. In order to enter, entrants must comment below the giveaway post on
Facebook.com/KabritaGoatMilkFormulaUK
7. Three entrants from Facebook will be chosen as the winners at random to receive
the prizes.
8. The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address
9. The prize is non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered
10. The giveaway will run from Friday 22nd January until noon on Monday January
25th 2016
11. Any entries submitted after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible
12. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be eligible
13. All entries are subject to approval by Kabrita. Kabrita reserves the right to reject any
entries and remove posts without reason or prior notice
14. Kabrita will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive,
misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and such
posts will not be entered into the giveaway. Kabritas decision is final and no
discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome
15. The winning entry will be selected at random by an independent party appointed by
Kabrita. The result of this is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning
the outcome
16. The winners will be contacted via social media on Tuesday January 26th 2016
17. The winners will have 5 working days to respond and accept the prize. If there is no
response by this time, Kabrita reserves the right to select an alternative winner
18. We will attempt to deliver the winner their prize within 30 days of responding and
accepting it
19. Entrants consent to participate in any publicity generated as a result of the
giveaway on entry
20. By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge that:

You are providing information to Kabrita and not to Facebook
21. Kabrita accepts no liability for any harm, damage or loss caused to prizes, (whether
in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with
the giveaway (as far as possible under applicable law)
22. Entrants must not engage in or be connected with any conduct that may bring
Kabrita or its products into disrepute
23. Kabrita will not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or
fraudulent entries, entries lost through technical fault or for technical problems with
the site. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of England and Wales
