Policies:

Minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 60 guests total.

Packages apply to guests ages 2 to 12 years old. Any additional guests joining the party must purchase either
a walk-on pier pass or all-day rides pass.
It is preferred that you make reservation at least two weeks in advance.
Complete and submit Registration/Credit Card Authorization Form prior to event.
Allow 1 hour to complete the party. You may purchase an additional hour for $100 plus service charge and tax
It is recommended that presents not be opened during the party due to time allowance. We are not responsible
for any lost or stolen gifts during the duration of the party.

Check-In Procedures:
Check in at the Will Call (Guest Relations) window to receive wristbands for the group and to be escorted to the Party Zone at
least 15 minutes prior to the event. The Party Zone is located inside the Slices and More Building. If any of your guests run late,
have them go to the Will Call (Guest Relations) window. One complimentary walk on wristband will be provided for the party
planner. Any others joining the party must purchase either a walk-on pier pass or all-day rides pass.

Guide Lines:
When making your reservation with Claudette Holder, she will coordinate with you the events for your party depending on
package chosen. Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Assigned party host will be with the party at all times.

Payment and Receipts:

Your credit card information is strictly to hold your reservation. Your payment must be paid in full on the day of the event. You
may pay with the same credit card or choose another method (personal checks are not accepted). A count of the children will be
taken and confirmed with the host of the party once all the children have arrived. You will be billed on one check that will include
the Birthday Party Packages. A minimum of 10 packages will be charged even if there are fewer children. A $100 cancelation
fee will be applied to credit card on file for any party that does not show up the day of the scheduled party.
