SITE JUSTIFICATION

The site gaining highest points is the site located in the Aurora Province.
The site has the most ideal traits for the beach resort project which makes it
a viable place to build the resort.
The site is quite isolated to population base which makes its environment free
of pollution and noise.
The orientation of the site helps to create a natural barrier from storm surge.
It is facing north-east which have a great view of the sunrise.
Philippines is a tropical country so most of its beaches are appropriate spot
for a resort.
The water depth and fluctuation is ideal to ensure safety to have the resort.
The site is raw and undisturbed which provides an abundant marine
resources.

The Casapsapan Beach is probably one of the very least visited places
in Casiguran, from the province of Aurora but it is known for its
powdery white sand beach and crystal clear water. The Casapsapan
Beach can offers a wide range of possible activities like snorkeling to
coral sites, fishing by the sea side, nature/mangrove trekking etc.

Aurora Province can be reached via the SOUTH EAST ASIAN AIRLINES
(SEAIR), which flies Manila-Baler-Manila on Special Trip only. Flying time
is approximately 50 minutes. Provincial Buses and Vans-for-rent
stationed at the Cabanatuan Central Terminal offer daily trips to
Dingalan, Baler and Dilasag. Travel time is 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours
respectively.
