Methodology (commonly referred as GAMx) tool is intended to support the audit
process especially in large multi-location clients. The core functionality provided by
the tool is generation and management of audit program, document/evidence
management, diagnostic indicators and reports, reports for export and printing,
offline data availability, conflict resolution, review notes and sign-off. GAMx provides
advanced technological features like offline access, peer to peer communication,
messaging and secure communication. GAMx system was based on the Groove
Technology and provides some features available in Groove platform. Due to
unavailability of Groove platform on Win7, GAMx platform has been moved to
SharePoint Workspace 2010.

Application. They are EASE (Online Application accessed by agents), Offline (Desktop

consumers to complete the health application process. IST handles all the personal
details, health questions and payments and this helps the application process to be

very simple and fast. The application is then submitted to the Tele app System where
the application goes through underwriting process. The overall goal of Electronic
Agent Sales Experience (EASE) program is to increase sales and placement rates as
well as reduce operating costs.
