EACH FLOATING SEAHORSE HAS BEEN METICULOUSLY DESIGNED BY EUROPEAN ARCHITECTS TO PROVIDE THE ULTIMATE IN LUXURY MODERN DAY
LIVING. THE PROJECT IS SYNONYMOUS WITH CLEAN LINES, NEUTRAL COLOURS AND CONTEMPORARY HIGH QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS.
Every individual retreat will boast floor to ceiling windows at sea level to embrace the optimum level of sunlight and uninterrupted views of the Arabian
Gulf. The area at sea level will offer a spacious open plan living room with a seating area and dining room, perfect for adults and families on holiday.
The same floor will also offer a compact, fully-fitted kitchen which has been cleverly designed to camouflage itself when required, through the
incorporation of sliding wood panelling and a fully-fitted bathroom. The stunning decking area will also offer plenty of space for sunbathing and al fresco
dining. From this level, you have direct access to the sea, via a ladder, when you fancy a dip or a snorkel!
The underwater level is what sets The Floating Seahorse apart from anything else currently available in the world! The master bedroom and ensuite
bathroom is totally submerged underwater and will command breathtaking views of the surrounding coral reef and marine life. Key features include
floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom, stunning wood panelling and a high quality fully-fitted bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, heated mirrors
and an enviable view out to sea.
The upper deck level of The Floating Seahorse is essentially a luxurious chill-out area home to an informal bed which will be the perfect place to
relax, enjoy the sunset and star-gaze. Whats more, this alfresco level will also have an external shower, a mini bar, a kitchenette and a beautiful glassbottomed Jacuzzi /Whirlpool which acts as a skylight on the living room ceiling below. This area would also be a great place to entertain friends,
