2. WKF/AKF approved Red or Blue Gloves and WKF/AKF approved Red or Blue Shin/Instep Protectors.
3. WKF/AKF approved Chest Protectors (Females 14 Years & Above).
4. AKF approved Head Guard/AKF Helmet or WKF Face Mask (9 13 Years).
5. Body Protectors. Provided by Event Organisers.

CONDITIONS
1.
In these conditions: the Organiser shall mean and include Senshinkan Karate Aust, Australian Karate Federation (WA) Inc., officers, servants or agents.
Opponents shall mean any person competing against the competitor.
In consideration of the Organiser accepting my application to enter and compete in the tournament an in further consideration of my opponent competing

against me, I hereby agree to abide by the conditions of entry, the rules, by-laws and regulations of the Organiser.

The Organiser enters into this contract as the Organiser and as agent for the competitors opponent.

I acknowledge that my participation in the tournament carries with it a real risk of personal injury.
I acknowledge and agree that the Organiser shall not be liable whether in tort or contract or otherwise for any loss or damage or injury whatsoever to my person

or property whilst participating in or otherwise attending at the tournament, howsoever caused or occurring including without limiting the foregoing, the
negligence, breach of contract, wilful act or default of the Organiser and whether or not such loss or damage or injury to me occurs within or adjacent to any
property occupied by the Organiser.

I expressly agree to and do hereby waive any rights that I may have which are in any way inconsistent with the foregoing.

Age is determined by the age of the competitor on 16.09.16.
10.
If under 18 years of age entry forms must be signed by a parent/guardian.
11.
All competitors must have current insurance.

In the event that any provision or part of a provision of these conditions is held or found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be deemed to be
severed from the conditions to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability but the remainder of the conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

PAYMENT: Must be made with the completed entry form. All monies must be made payable to Senshinkan Karate Aust and posted to 5 Stirling

RETURN DATE: All entry forms must be returned by Friday 4th March 2016. Late penalty fee of $20.00 will apply for entry forms received after the due date.
NOVICE DIVISIONS: Past & Present State team members cannot enter Novice Divisions.
COMBINED DIVISIONS: The organisers reserve the right to combine or cancel divisions with insufficient entries. Novice Kata divisions having less than 6 competitors in the
division will be combined to form a Mixed Novice Kata division.
KATA RULES: Kata will be judged by the flag system. Children Kata divisions (two competitors at a time, excluding semi-final and final).
Open Kata - Childrens Divisions, first and second round Heian/Pinan, Gekisai and Saifa. Third round onwards free Kata. Can repeat a Kata but not consecutively.
Cadet, Junior, Under 21 and Seniors Kata - Free Kata. Cannot repeat a Kata. Senior Kata is 16 years and above.
Novices - Can perform any kata and repeat in consecutive rounds.
TEAM EVENTS: Teams can be competitors from the different organisations.
