Allowing Nuclear Weapons in North Korea

The General Assembly and Security Council,
Realizing that since the first sanction placed on North Korea through the most recent
sanction place on North Korea by the UN there has been many sanctions that have been
unsuccessful in terminating North Koreas Nuclear programs,
Noting with satisfaction making more resolutions wont work because two resolutions
(1718,1874) have already failed to help get rid of North Koreas nuclear programs,
Fully aware that everything that other countries try to do to eliminate North Koreas
nuclear weapons actually makes North Korea more motivated to continue on with their
nuclear programs,
Keeping in mind that North Korea has only done test runs with their nuclear weapons and
havent actually shot another country,
Having considered that in the article, It's Not a Hermit Kingdom, and 4 Other Myths
about North Korea it states, There is also a danger that North Korea may export nuclear
technology to other rogue states, like terrorist groups(Joel and Town),
Noting with regret that resolution 825 asks North korea to honor the Non-proliferation
obligations under the treaty and not to withdraw from the NPT(National Pipe Thread),
Guided by the fact that North Korea has given Syria nuclear technology and helped Syria
build a nuclear reactor,
Bearing in mind what the U.S did to Libya when they got ahold of nuclear programs and
not wanting that to carry over to North korea,
Having adopted the fact if we use military force to retrieve the nuclear programs from
North Korea many lives will be in danger and many deaths will occur,
1. Recommends the General Assembly and Security council become more accepting
of allowing nuclear weapons in the hands of North Korea and allow them to still do
nuclear tests;

2. Encourages that North Korea is still allowed to have Nuclear Weapons, but can
only use them for their protection
3. Requests that we absolve the international conflicts regarding North Koreas
nuclear program by reaching an agreement about nuclear power:
a. With nuclear power it allows them to have electricity, since they
have very little mineral resources;
b. With a peace treaty signed across the nation to get rid of the
international conflicts that are having to do with nuclear programs in North
Korea;
c. With using nuclear power on non-weaponized objects would make
North Korea feel they have more freedom and more of a say in what happens;
4. Considers North Koreas nuclear programs be checked on by the security council
on a random unscheduled basis
5. Calls upon Syria to step in if North Korea is in need of aid, since North Korea
have helped them
6. Welcomes the UN to send peacekeeping missions into North Korea to help
support (restore) their economy and their country
7. Further invites other countries to sign a peace treaty involving North Korea, if
you do not sign the peace treaty you are not welcome in seeing what happens with the
nuclear programs in North Korea
8. Further requests this resolution will pull countries together, especially North
Koreas allies to realize a consensus regarding nuclear programs
