Over Handling Piece

A fixed surcharge is applied when any piece in a shipment

is deemed non-stackable due to its packaging, content
or shape or is clearly marked with DO NOT STACK
instructions.
International Shipments: $36

Address Correction

An Address Correction surcharge will apply if a shipment

is undeliverable, due to the Receivers address on a waybill
or shipping label being incomplete, outdated or incorrect
at the time of pickup and DHL Customer Service initiates
a trace request to identify the correct address and
subsequently complete the delivery.
International Shipments: $15

A user-friendly portal that will simplify the shipping process

for customers as they can manage multiple users, request
new accounts, schedule pickups, track packages and perform
a wide range of other online shipping operations. Online
Shipping, Intraship, Proview and Import Express Online are
some of the tools that can be accessed on this portal through
a single login.

For bulky and lightweight shipments, billing will be on the basis of the greater of either the Volumetric or Actual weight. L x W x H (cm3) / 5000 = Volumetric Weight (Kg)
Billing will be in PKR converted at the T.T. Selling US Dollar exchange rate published by NBP, prevalent on the last working day of the previous month
