Autocracies are forms of organization where the power to decide have a person

finally to incorporate an uncertain plan within the overall organization of
the group.
Assign tasks to perform and co-workers.
It is objective in its praise and criticism, keeps aloof from participation in,
except to show the techniques.

to his subordinates but check their ideas and views on many decisions that affect
them.

accept their contributions whenever possible and practical.
Cultivate decisions of their subordinates so that their ideas are increasingly
useful and mature.

5. LIBERAL LEADER

Junior expected to take responsibility for their own motivation, guidance and
control.

The ratings must be highly qualified and able to make this approach a final
result.

6. AUTHORITARIAN LEADER
The authoritarian rule of the idea that he knows everything better than your
target, and the funny thing is that when you know something, is forced to give
the image of aware, pushing, screaming, or to assert its authority so that
employees do not have opportunity to question their knowledge.
The relationship with employees is good only when they in turn are regarded as
inferior, and that the head (just because of it) knows more than them and is a
superior being.
These images are not only subordinate leader but are themselves outdated,
unfortunately, lack of culture and preparation of people
