1. The course fee is non refundable . However the course or yourself will try to find a replacement with no guarantee for
cancellations notified at least 90 days before the course. Usually this is not a problem given 90 days notice. After that it is
difficult for us to find a replacement as delegates find difficulty getting leave or budget flights etc. US50 cancellation fee .
2. The course fee does not include accommodation . For special rate at conference hotel please email
reservations.hipenang@ihg.com with code MSK2016. Non breakfast rate at this hotel includes light breakfast 7.30am and
free expresso and cappachino coffee all day at the conference. Breakfast rate gives you a full breakfast buffet , come at
7am
to make it worthwhile and if you are an early riser and all the rest as above.
3. The course fee includes all morning and evening tea and buffet lunch all days. All Halal. Vegetarians please order ala carte.

7. In the event the course is cancelled for any reason full refund of what has been credited into our account will be made.
8. The event management company is not liable for any injuries sustained by the registrant in Penang. Take insurance.
9. Do you require a visa for Malaysia?? Check with nearest Malaysian embassy /consulate and dont rely on agents/friends.
10. We must receive the amount due in US dollars for registration in our account . The bank statement we receive will show
the actual amount that has been remitted by your bank into our account and will be the final amount reflected. If it is short
of the amount due you will be asked to pay the balance in Penang.
11. We will not change the programme but speakers may be changed if there is sudden personal crisis of a speaker. However
caliber of replacement speaker we will try to get the best equivalent.
12. Please show your confirmation letter and e- receipt at the time of registration in Penang. This means that you must receive
these documents as proof of a confirmed place. You must edit the registration form with the details , print , sign , scan
