Intercede for the Muslim World!

...he [Jesus] is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make
intercession for them (Heb. 7:25, ESV).

Today's Prayer Requests: From Students, Alumni, and Missionaries

CAMEROON: Please continue to pray for healing for alumnus Jean-Luc Gnawe, who suffered a stroke in December,
and for the Bible school he leads. He is slowly improving. Classes are continuing for the 40 students, who are
preparing to reach into difficult areas in the north.
CHAD: Pray for efforts to reach a particular Islamic people group here, semi-nomadic herders who are considered
the gypsies of Chad. Pray the Lord would (1) raise up a couple to start a church-planting team, (2) prepare the way
and provide land for a church planter to be sent from the southern Bible school, and (3) prepare the hearts of people to
receive His message of love. May He raise up in the communities people of peace who are open to helping believers
establish lasting works among them. This people group does have portions of the Bible available to them; may God's
Word pierce the hearts of all who read/hear it.

In the News
The EU's intelligence agency Europol estimates that at least 10,000 unaccompanied migrant children have gone
missing. Many of these, they fear, have fallen prey to criminal gangs and sex traffickers. Please pray for the safety of
these children, and that they may meet and be cared for by people who can introduce them to Jesus. Intercede for
churches and ministries involved with serving refugees and rescuing trafficking victims. For more details, see

World Watch List: Sudan

Since the founding of South Sudan in 2011, which claims most of the Christian population of the former Sudan, Sudan
has become a more staunch and restrictive Islamic republic. Most of the Christians still there are black Africans, who
face serious racial as well as religious discrimination. Pastors have been detained without charges and churches
destroyed. A Muslim who chooses to follow Christ faces death. Intercede for our brothers and nd sisters here, from
Christian and from Muslim backgrounds. Pray that they would know supernatural peace, wisdom, and boldness to
stand firm. For more information and prayer points, see http://bit.ly/1qCyzfK.

From Global Initiative*

Pray that Christians living in hostile Muslim territories might show love boldly to new converts whose families have
disowned them. Those who accept Jesus often lose their position in their families and communities, opportunities for
schooling, and their livelihoods. Those who help them also may be in danger. Pray that the Spirit would give those in
the Family of God wisdom and resources to help new believers begin life in this Family.
