Strong winds exceeding 40km/hr and large waves exceeding 2.0m.

Expected Area :

Coasts of Tanga, Pwani (including Mafia), Dar es salaam, Lindi and

Mtwara regions together with Unguja and Pemba islands.

This is due to Existence of deep low pressure zone over the Mozambique
channel resulting into strong Northerly winds.
