 Designed the whole Network Diagram and submitted a proposal on what Hardware or
Software to be used for the whole implementation of the project.
 Upgrades of workstations from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 and Windows XP and conduct
trainings for the client users to familiarize them with the new operating system.

IT Factory Operations Head Jan 02, 2001 – Nov 15, 2001
• Responsibilities
 Manage the whole IT Operations Group composed of Five Factories in the Philippines with an
IT Technical Support Staff and Network Administrators for each location. Coordinate and
manage people and all resources pertaining to the full completion of the IT Projects.
