Madam:
Greetings from Cavite State University!
The fifth year agricultural engineering students of this University are currently enrolled in
AENG 105 Processing, Handling and Storage of Agricultural Products II (Perishables).
One of the enhancement activities to support classroom discussion is to conduct site visits
to different cold storage facilities for fruits and vegetables, meat and fish products and
other perishables. This activity will enable the students to obtain relevant information
and practical experience on refrigeration and cold storage requirements of perishables.
In line with this, we would like to request that we be allowed to visit your company on
August 20, 2015 at 9:00 am. We are about 10 including our professor during the visit.
Rest assures that any information that will be gathered or collected from your
organization will be used solely for instructional purposes.
Thank you very much as we anticipate your full support on this endeavor to provide
agricultural engineering students the information and practical insights on the
abovementioned areas of learning. God bless you always!
Respectfully yours,
JOHN PAULO M. PERIDO
