Assisted a large prime contractor on a large Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) consulting contract to
define quantitative performance metrics for individual task orders, establish data collection and analysis
plans, and develop automated tools to collect, compile, analyze and report on task order performance,
including automated customer satisfaction surveys.

Assisted the U.S. Armys Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to develop and implement new
performance management business processes to meet strategic resourcing requirements, its Common Levels
of Support (CLS) program. Planned and facilitated over 30 week-long cross-functional Service Analysis Team
(SAT) sessions to define support programs, set priorities, and establish performance measures and costs for
installation-level services.
Program Management
Helped the FAA establish and implement a formal process for controlling changes to the programs
performance measurement baseline (PMB) for its Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B)
program. Assisted SBS to develop, monitor, and report on program goals. Facilitated monthly meetings for a
key program governance board (whose members included FAA program leadership).
Knowledge Manager
Led implementation efforts, including taxonomy development, communications planning, and SharePoint
configuration, to roll out the corporate Knowledge Management initiative across the Global Public Sector
practice. In an earlier tour with the company, developed and institutionalized knowledge sharing capability
