Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are
requested to apply early enough for their visas, whenever needed. The Hosting
National Federation should be contacted to receive an invitation letter for the event.
Players, Team Managers, Coaches, Physiotherapists, NF members, etc. are
responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any further
expenses such as visa or airport taxes.
Transportation for Main Draw players from the official venue of arrival to the official
hotel is organized by the local organizer on the official days of arrival and departure.
Players are responsible to send their travel information via email by 11th of
September to the local organizer at the following mail account
carpaneto@federvolley.it through the BV-04 form.
Local Transportation for Qualification players and accompanying persons is under
their own responsibility.
Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, CEV Officials, referees,
players, coaches, physiotherapists, VIPs, journalists, technical staff, court personnel,
volunteers, etc. with official accreditation cards and will ensure that only those people
will access the designated venue areas.
The Local Organizer will provide all Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation
(twin rooms) and meals.
From the evening of 18.09.2015 until one day after their elimination from the
tournament (breakfast).
