I always wanted to work for a company where I could get opportunities to learn a lot of
things that could help me in my career development and make flexible.
I am a fresher. So starting my career, in your organization will be like a dream come
true for me. I take immense pleasure, in joining your organization which consider its
employees as the greatest asset. I am rest assured, that my career growth will be taken
care of.

3. Will you resign from your present job, If appointed?

As, this will be my first work assignment, I have no issues as such.

4. Why should I hire you?

There are certain qualities which are deemed a pre-requisite for anyone aspiring to
become successful and who can contribute to the organization. I am open to ideas and
have the ability to work independently or in a team. I always believe in room for
improvement which has helped me in setting high standards for myself. I thrive best in
pressure situations, which will bring out the best in me. So considering all the above
said traits, I sincerely do believe that, I am the best person for the position I have
applied for.

6. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Doing things in a mundane way and time consuming approach can be termed
as hard work.
Doing things with an out of box approach and innovatively which helps to
achieve the desired results in quick time can be termed as smart work.

7. Are you a risk taker or do you like to stay away from risks?
Risk, is something part of the decision making process. In avoiding taking a risk, we
may fail to find the path to our problem. I see risk, as an integral part of the problem
solving skills. As Willingness to learn new things is one of my core ability, I am not
averse to taking risk, as and when necessary.

8. Can you work under pressure?

I believe, we all have encountered pressure situations in our day to day activities. Say,
getting up late, and wanting to reach office on time, is one such situation. Whether we
make it or not, depends upon how an individual handles a situation. I have
experienced that, pressure helps me to bring the best out of me. Pressure situations,
inspire me to be little creative in getting things done. I do not allow myself to get
bogged down, rather, I find ways to get on top of it.

9. Are you willing to relocate to the United States Of America

As United States Of America is rightly known as The Land Of Opportunities, I am
eagerly looking forward, to explore the opportunities that this land brings to me. If,
given an opportunity to work with your organization, I would have no second thought
about relocating to America. I am really excited about this prospect.

10. What motivates you to do good job?

The self satisfaction that I derive from being able to contribute and be part of the
companys success motivates me to give my best in whatever I do.

11. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I would not like to give any time frame or false promises regarding this. Instead, I wish
to be with you, as long as I could contribute to the company to your satisfaction, and I

will always strive to achieve that. For your better evaluation, I do not see myself
switching over for, at least next 5 years.

I have held no position in the past, as I am yet to find my work assignment.

No, I have not had the opportunity in the past, if given an opportunity I can coordinate with my team, and have the ability to take my team along with me. I had this
opportunity during my graduation years, to work as a team in various co-curricular
activities.

company?
Rules and regulations are part of every organizational setup and it is expected to be
followed by the companys workforce. It is one of the prime responsibility of an
employee who wish to be part of any organization. Following the rules, was inculcated
in me, since my childhood during my school days. So, I will find no difficulty in
adapting to the rules and regulation of your company.

16. If you're told by your boss to do something that you feel is

illegal, what would you do?
If at all, I have to deal with such a situation, I would consider that an unfortunate one.
I will let know my superior of my opinion about it, and would like to know, what made
him to take that stand. I will see, if I can talk him out of that. Otherwise, I will politely
refuse to be part of that.

17. What was the toughest decision you ever made in life?

Most of our decisions, at the time of being taken, seems to be a tough one for us.
Infact, each and every decision, played its role in shaping our lives. In hindsight, I find
it difficult to single out the toughest one.

18. How do you define success?

Success is the end result of a process which yields the desired result. Being
Successful in any endeavor, motivates one to stretch their capabilities in their next
attempt. To me, Success is a consequence. If we get the process right, Success
happens. I value the experience more, than the Success.

19. What will you do when you have a problem with your boss?
Problems in workplace is unavoidable. Difference in opinion leads to a problem, but it
can be solved when we are open to suggestions and approach it without any prejudice.
I will initiate a talk with my superior regarding the issue and will approach it
holistically. I will try to understand his position and as well as put across my view
elaborately. Finally, I will find a amicable solution for both of us.

20. What position do you prefer to work in this organization and

why do you think you can work better in such designation?
As a fresher, I am very much interested in the kind of work that I would get into rather
than the designation. But having said that, designation defines one role in the
organization. I am comfortable with a designation that would fit me in to your needs.

I would not like to give much importance to salary, because I am yet to start my career.
As a fresher, I am very much looking forward to the opportunities and challenges,

5 years from now, I would like to see myself in a position where, my decision adds to
