WORK PROFILE

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and interfaces directly with

other senior management team members
Monitoring all the accounting entries and ensure that it is posted to the
proper accounts.
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account
transactions
Reviews all invoices, Receipts, Payment Vouchers & Supplier
documentations
Prepare major bank accounts, A/R, A/P reconciliations

Maintain of statistics on credit customers, Reconcile all credit reviews,

Review Age wise Analysis, fixing credit list and coordinate with the
collection departments
Manage & control Inventory; Maintaining Order Register, Material
Inward and Outward Book
Prepare periodical financial statements such as Weekly, Monthly,
Quarterly and yearly as per the instructions from the management.
Prepare and review payroll, Employee Settlements, and all other
accountings related with the employees
Manage Petty Cash and review cash reports, Bank reports and
maintaining working capital
Responsible for fixed assets management and the preparation of all
related documentation
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures; Prepare Trail
Balance, Profit and loss statements, Balance sheet and other reports as
per management demands.
Actively participated and interacting with the valuable clients/
delegates
Liaison with all levels of Management, Departments,

external auditors, Banks , Regulatory agencies, Suppliers and
Customers
Coordinates and assembles information for the annual audit and
provides assistance to external auditors in the review of financial
