Notes:

The SERVICE ORDER is defined as a blanket SERVICE ORDER; therefore, the amount herein above is
an estimate only. All WORK done shall be invoiced on monthly basis as per Release Order/ Statement of fact
approved by COMPANY. Actual payment shall be based on actual utilisation of the SERVICES.
Duration of SERVICE ORDER: this BLANKET SERVICE ORDER is valid for 18 months from Effective Date.
COMPANY may issue Release Order(s) during the the term of this BLANKET SERVICE ORDER to request
CONTRACTORs services.
All prices and rates are firm and fixed during the term of this BLANKET SERVICE ORDER.
The prices and rates in Section III Scope of WORK/Price Schedule are including but not limited to,all cost of
labour in Vung Tau to complete the SERVICES required under this SERVICE ORDER, cleaning solvents for
onshore inspection, temporary storage in CONTRACTORs Services Centre/Workshop/Base, all applicable taxes
except for Vietnamese Value Added Tax (VAT). Please refer to Section II General Terms and Conditions for
details.
Delivery schedule shall be as per COMPANYs instructions in Release Order(s).
CONTRACTOR will provide a fortlift free of charge for tubulars movement within CONTRACTORs Service
Centre/Workshop/Base.
WORK will be done either at COMPANYs Vung Tau Supply Base or CONTRACTORs Service
Centre/Workshop/Base in Vung Tau subject to COMPANYs request.
The WORK includes provision of consumable items on sale basis or reimburseable/ad-hoc items on
reimburseable basis subject to prior acceptance by COMPANY.
