Peel and slice papaya, banana,

put them into the blender.
Squeeze one orange, pour the
juice into the blender, add one
scoop of ice, sugar and milk
and blend until smooth. Strain
into the glass and decorate with
a strawberry on glass rim and a

Slice one peach on fine, tint

GENERIC

1. Take hot water from the coffee machine (the quantity indicated in recipe) and pour it into the bowl
2. Add sugar (the quantity indicated in recipe)
3. Add 120 grams of jelly-base
4. Mix well with a whisk until sugar and powder are completely dissolved and leave on aside to cool
5. Take another bowl and pour the spirits/syrups/juices into it (the quantities indicated in recipe)
6. Unite with jelly-base and mix with a whisk
7. Take one rectangular aluminum bowl and cover its bottom with plastic wrap living on the sides enough of the wrap to
cover complete bowl from outside
8. Pour the drink into the bowl. Attention, the high of the poured drink should not be more than 2cm!
9. Put the bowl in refrigerator (NOT freezer) for 2-4 hours
10. After 2-4 hours take the bowl out of the fridge and turn it upside down on the big cutting board
11. Remove the plastic wrap and take off the aluminum bowl
12. Cut the gelatine in even cubes 1x1x1 cm (half size of the cubes we used to serve last season)
13. For the service use martini glasses
14. Fill one third of the glass with crushed ice
15. Arrange jelly cubes on top of the ice and fill the glass over the top with cubes

This is a classic multicolour


shooter. First pour Baileys (a
little bit more than half a
glass), . Using the cocktail
spoon, add a thin layer of
green Crme de Menthe and
top the drink, always using the
spoon, with the Irish whiskey.
Be careful that the ingredients
stay separated.
Prepare one espresso, pour
Baileys in it and fill the cup with
heated milk (as for regular
cappuccino). Sprinkle with
cacao powder.

Pour whisky into the glass,


sweeten with sugar syrup and
heat it. Add one long espresso,
top with whipped cream and
sprinkle with nutmeg.

Dissolve the colorizer in a mug


or carafe with beer minding to
get the intense green colour.
Keep it always on cold (fridge or
in ice). When you get the order,
pour half a glass of fresh beer
from the tap, add the "green
solution" and top the glass with
fresh foam.
Mix shortly lemon mix with
syrups. Fill one third of the
glass with ice, pour the mix in it
