Letter to the Buzz We Are Moving Out The Nest Sale

Nice try but it wont fly...

In addition to these property shifts (over 100 quit claims)
and LLCs popping up in St. Marie, a notice went up in the St.
Marie Townhall. The posted notice titled To all residents and
property owners of the Village of St. Marie was anonymously
signed Your Neighbor.

OPINION: No signature, now what message doe that
send? Is it credible, why should one believe its content, who
stands to benefit? What is the cost to others? The opening
statement speaks of Terry Parks and the first of many fraudulent
schemes that have plagued St. Marie ever since. It goes on to
say that many wannabe developers have come and gone after
running out of funds and failing to address the obstacles.

Here comes the pitch: A non profit organization has been
established to create a Senior Residential Community in the
single level unit area of the Village. (Betheas effort a while
back) An effort has been started to establish a Community
Co-Op with membership that will be open to all residents of
St. Marie and will include a convenience store with gas pumps,
community garden and several other ideas.

OPINION: We already have Co-Ops so to speak....The
Village Association and St. Marie Condo Association. As far as
store and gas pumps, a feasibility study was done years ago and
it doesnt pencil out, just ask any Glasgow business person.
QUESTION: Who would manage this endeavor and
handle the money?

OPINION: Nice try, but it wont fly, and nobody will buy!
No more extortion wanted as took place in the past.

WARNING: Be careful folks!! The closing statement on
the notice stated: It is long past time for all of us to put aside our
differences and past issues and start working together to create a
true community here in St. Marie.

OPINION ANSWER: Its hard to work with characters
that DONT PAY their bills and dont operate at all times in an
ETHICAL, LEGAL manner.

MY CLOSING STATEMENT: I look forward to discussing
this notice face to face, man to man, with its author in a public
setting with other residents in attendance.
