How to Participate
1. You confirm you have read and accept that these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy apply to your entry.
2. You enter our contest on either Twitter or the ARM Connected Community by:
Twitter: sharing an image showing an ARM powered development board, single board computer, or other similar product
that you have taken. The device shown must belong to the Participant or the Participants Organisation or Employer. Post
the picture to your Twitter account; Tag it with #ARMBoardWins, and #emb2016 and @mention @ARMEmbedded. Tell us
why this board should win the specs, project or anything else that will convince us to pick you as a winner;

This giveaway is provided and administered by ARM Limited, 110 Fulbourn Road, Cambridge, CB1 9NJ, United Kingdom
(ARM) on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries.
Eligibility
The giveaway is only open to participants 18 years or older, who are residents of the United Kingdom, United States of
America, European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland. No Purchase Necessary. No employee of ARM is
eligible to participate in the giveaway. One entry submission is permitted per participant per day.
Entry period and criteria

Entries may be submitted via Twitter or on the ARM Connected Community from February 15 2016 at 9am GMT and

before 16:00 GMT on February 25 2016. All entries must be written in English, must feature a photo of a compute board
or similar product containing ARM technology. Twitter entries must be tagged #ARMboardwins and @mention
ARMEmbedded and ARM Connected Communities must be posted as a comment at
https://community.arm.com/groups/embedded/blog/2016/02/15/embedded-world-2016-armboardwins-competition.
Entries should tell us why your board is cool the specs, project or anything else that make it a compelling story. Winners
will be selected on merit by a panel of ARM employees. The device shown must belong to the Participant or the
Participants Organisation or Employer.
How we select the winners

We will select 1 winner and 3 runners up each day from February 22 2016 until February 25 2016 inclusive, at 16:00
GMT each day, in accordance with the entry criteria above. Winners will be announced online via Twitter and the ARM
Connected Community each day of the Embedded World Conference and each winner will be contacted via Twitter or the
Connected Community to arrange delivery of the prize. In the event that a prize winner has not responded to ARMs
notification within 7 days another winner of the prize draw will be selected. We reserve the right to reallocate the prize to
an alternate winner. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of the prize. ARM will pay any taxes and shipping costs incurred
in relation to delivery of prizes. Delivery is subject to the winners providing shipping details on request. Any prizes given
away are non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. ARM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute
the prize at any time if the prize advertised is unavailable. Prize giveaways shall be at ARMs sole discretion and are based
on availability.

Any third-party websites used but owned by ARM have their own separate privacy and data collection policies and
practices. Any data you provide to these websites will be governed under the terms of their privacy policy. We have no
responsibility whatsoever for the independent actions or policies of these independent sites and are not responsible for
content of privacy practices of such websites. You consent to ARM transferring your personal details to a third party for the
purposes of delivery of the prize and marketing.
Rights in the entries
You must only submit your own content, something that you have personally created. If you incorporate anyone elses
copyright material in the entry you must ensure you have permission to do so, and that you can grant the licence below in
respect of the third party material incorporated in your entries. By submitting an entry you confirm you have such
permission and that to the best of your knowledge your entries do not infringe any third partys copyright or rights of
confidentiality.
You warrant that your entry which you submit will not infringe any third party IP rights, privacy and will not contain any
libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening material. ARM reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to delete any entry without the prior notification to the participant found to be inappropriate or otherwise suspected of
infringing third party IP rights. ARM cannot accept responsibility for errors, loss, and damage to entries outside of ARMs
control.
By submitting an entry into this giveaway you hereby grant to ARM Limited and its subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-
exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
publicly perform, publicly display and distribute the entry (in whole or part) and to incorporate such entry into other works
in any format or medium for any purposes.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, ST Microelectronics, NXP
Semiconductors, Arduino LLC or the Raspberry Pi Foundation.
You agree that you release Twitter, ST Microelectronics, NXP Semiconductors, Arduino LLC, and the Raspberry Pi
foundation from, and agree that Twitter, ST Microelectronics, NXP Semiconductors, Arduino LLC and the Raspberry Pi
foundation have no liability in respect of, any and all claims, causes of action, costs, losses and damages (whether direct or
indirect or consequential), in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, in connection with or otherwise relating to
your entry or participation in the giveaway.
General Terms and Conditions

By entering the giveaway, entrants confirm that they agree to these Terms and Conditions, ARMs Privacy Policy and ARMs
Connected Community Terms and Conditions of Use, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
You agree that you release ARM Limited and its subsidiaries from, and agree that ARM Limited or its subsidiaries shall have
no liability in respect of, any and all claims, causes of action, costs, losses and damages (whether direct or indirect or
consequential), in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, in connection with or otherwise relating to your entry
or participation in the giveaway.
Prizes are awarded at ARMs sole discretion. ARM reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to
be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the giveaway or the giveaway website, or to be acting in violation
of these terms and conditions.
By entering a giveaway, you hereby warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete. ARM reserves the
right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify a participant for submitting inaccurate or false information.
The giveaway is governed by English law.
Participants personal information and data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
