Prologue Title by JBINGFA: The War Landscape becomes Clearer for Now…

I decided to stop Analyzing PRESS TV Text for now since they seem to present the Same
Staff all over, almost like a preprocessed material which has to be promoted again to keep
the Reader Occupied…

The Interests, no matter what they are, can be ruthless as usual, When Money is the Factor
in the Equation of Geopolitics, while claiming that the same people who want to fill their
personal pockets are the same people destined to save the Iranians and all the people in the
Middle East (If not the Globe) from themselves and their Own Free Will!

Most of the PRESS TV Articles follow the same pattern:

Polarize the Reader while rejecting the Definition of Polarization since the Term is
considered bad and Iran is supposed to have the privilege to say what is Good and
Bad while all the rest ,Friends and Enemies, are supposed not to know what is that
Good and that Bad thing to do or to avoid.

Turning the Mind of the Reader to that of a Zombie while not making intentions
clear is a Strategy quite familiar from Iran and other Like Minded interests around
the World Selling Hope and Despair or a mix of the above unless the Masses come
alone to the doors of some Authority for “help”, Almost as if asking the Rapist for
Help when you have no other to turn to (Probably because the Rapist have killed
everyone else’s will if not also his / her body to make sure that there will be no one
else willing to “Help” )

Bring the Self Identified Enemy of e.g. Iran in a Logical Dead end and / or Despair,
A Sign of Faith as presented mostly by Iran while applying the latest Psychological
Tactics to take over the Masses as fast as possible, that is, using science to prove that
faith exists, A Contradictory Iranian(?) Policy by itself since both Science and
Religion are tools that are have the same objective, Explore the Unknown, but are
not made with the same material or to solve the same problem.

From that aspect the Iranian and other Media target one of the main Tools man has
and uses since the beginning he / she first acknowledged himself / herself as a Free
Person.

That means the whole process as applied by e.g. Iran nowadays seems doomed to
fail and if it succeeds what was called Faith until now as this was originated in the
Middle East thousands of Years ago will exist no more not because a so called
Atheist says so but because the Religious People who are supposed to promote this
Kind of Thought and are currently & mainly located in the Middle East fail to give
answers to modern Spiritual Problems of Our Times, thus the only way to cover
that Inability is to apply fanaticism and continuous tensions against e.g. Israel or the
United States and hate towards them taking advantage of Events which usually have
to do with the Relations with the Western World warning that if the Whole World
will not submit to the Psychological Attacks they unleash ,Benefitting Favored
Elements of the so called High Class (No matter what the Ideological Ground they
Belong) in the West and the Far East, on a daily basis then a Full Scale War with
the so called West is Imminent while a Full Scale War on the Way of Life is already
commenced on a Daily basis rejecting any Moderate or Sober Solution to achieve
Long Term World Domination.
The Above can lose their importance in time or gain more importance than some would want in
the future while who consider themselves true professionals (Whatever that means in their case)
will evaluate them as it has to do with the subject they are focused to benefit.

Lebanon's Foreign Minister Ali al-Shami

Lebanon's foreign minister says Hezbollah has been granted the right to use power against the
occupation of Lebanese territories.

Ali al-Shami told Press TV on Wednesday that the movement has been given the right by the
government to liberate the country's occupied territories.

He added that a recent government policy statement recognizes the Lebanese nation's right to
liberate the territories remaining under the Israeli occupation.

The foreign minister has also denounced Tel Aviv for infringing on his country's sovereignty.

Shami said that since 2006, Israel violated Lebanese airspace for more than 6,500 times, despite
the UN resolution 1701 which brought a 33-day Israeli waged war to an end in the summer of
2006.

has been granted the right to use power against the occupation of Lebanese territories.” – PRESS

“Hezbollah[1] (Arabic: ‫ حزب ﷲ‬ḥizbu-'llāh(i),[2] literally "Party of God") is a Shi'a Islamist

political and paramilitary organisation based in Lebanon.[3] Hezbollah is now also a major
provider of social services, which operate schools, hospitals, and agricultural services for
thousands of Lebanese Shiites, and plays a significant force in Lebanese politics.[4] It is regarded
as a resistance movement throughout much of the Arab and Muslim world.[3] Many
governments, including Arab ones, have condemned actions by Hezbollah while others have
praised the party.[5][6] Several western countries regard it in whole or in part as a terrorist
organization.[7]

Hezbollah first emerged as a militia in response to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, also known as
Operation Peace for Galilee, in 1982, set on resisting the Israeli occupation of Lebanon during
the Lebanese civil war.[3][8] Its leaders were inspired by Ayatollah Khomeini, and its forces were
trained and organized by a contingent of Iranian Revolutionary Guards.[9] Hezbollah's 1985
manifesto listed its three main goals as "putting an end to any colonialist entity" in Lebanon,
bringing the Phalangists to justice for "the crimes they [had] perpetrated," and the establishment
of an Islamic regime in Lebanon.[10][11] Hezbollah leaders have also made numerous statements
calling for the destruction of Israel, which they refer to as a "Zionist entity... built on lands
wrested from their owners."[10][11]

Hezbollah, which started with only a small militia, has grown to an organization with seats in the
Lebanese government, a radio and a satellite television-station, and programs for social
development.[12] Hezbollah maintains strong support among Lebanon's Shi'a population, and
gained a surge of support from Lebanon's broader population (Sunni, Christian, Druze)
immediately following the 2006 Lebanon War,[13] and is able to mobilize demonstrations of
hundreds of thousands.[14] Hezbollah alongside with some other groups began the 2006–2008
Lebanese political protests in opposition to the government of Prime Minister Fouad Siniora.[15]
A later dispute over Hezbollah preservation of its telecoms network led to clashes and
Hezbollah-led opposition fighters seized control of several West Beirut neighborhoods from
Future Movement militiamen loyal to Fouad Siniora. These areas were then handed over to the
Lebanese Army.[16] On the basis of the Doha Agreement, Hezbollah was granted veto power in
Lebanon's parliament. In addition, a national unity government was formed in which Hezbollah
has one minister and controls eleven of thirty seats.[4][17]

Hezbollah receives its financial support from the governments of Iran and Syria, as well as
donations from Lebanese people and foreign Shi'as.[18][19] It has also gained significantly in
military strength in the 2000s.[20] Despite a June 2008 certification by the United Nations that
Israel had withdrawn from all Lebanese territory,[21] in August of that year, Lebanon's new
Cabinet unanimously approved a draft policy statement which secures Hezbollah's existence as
an armed organization and guarantees its right to "liberate or recover occupied lands." Since
1992, the organization has been headed by Hassan Nasrallah, its Secretary-General.” –

the northern Gaza Strip, April 7, 2010.
Iran's deputy ambassador to the United Nations has lashed out at the Western countries for their
"full-fledged support" of Israel.

Ishaq Ale-Habib said Wednesday that the underlying cause of the problems in the Middle East
lied in the West's full support of Israel.

"What encourages the Zionist regime in continuing its crimes is the West's full-fledged support
of this regime," Ale-Habib told the opening session of the UN Security Council.

"The problem in the Middle East is not the lack of a peace plan but the lack of a clear
understanding of the causes of this conflict as well as the continuation of the Zionist regime's
crimes," he added.

The diplomat said that Israel has caused a "humanitarian catastrophe" by placing various
constraints on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and other parts of the occupied territories.

He further condemned Israel's excavations near al-Aqsa mosque, the destruction of Palestinians'
homes, and the construction of new Israeli settlements as efforts aimed to "wipe out Islamic and
cultural identity".

Turning to Lebanon, the Iranian envoy slammed Israel's repeated violations of the Lebanese
territory.

He called on the international community to compel Israel to withdraw from Shebaa Farms and
Kfar Shuba hills in Lebanon as well as strategic Golan Heights in Syria.

The end of America's space dreams? By Andrew Wander

Could Obama's plans spell the end of the US manned space exploration programme? [Reuters]

Space may be the final frontier, but the question of how to best get there has divided America's
politicians and scientists as they debate controversial plans to abandon the country’s manned
space-flight programme.

The White House has said it wants to cancel a Nasa programme tasked with creating the next
generation of manned spacecraft, including a proposed replacement for the soon to be retired
Space Shuttle.

The Constellation programme was slated to cost more than $97bn over the next decade, but with
the US national deficit spiralling skyward, plans of returning humans to the moon and even
going on to Mars have been brought firmly down to earth.
Constellation was "over budget, behind schedule, and lacking in innovation", and would be
cancelled in 2011, the president's annual budget plan said in February.

Instead, US astronauts will be blasted into space on Russian spacecraft and the money saved will
be used for a slew of new research projects in coming years.

The proposed cancellation of the program has divided opinion amongst space experts, some of
whom fear the end of US primacy in human space exploration.

Widespread concerns

"It could leave our country with no human exploration programme, no human-rated spacecraft
and little ability to inspire the youth of America," says Gabrielle Giffords, a Democratic
congressman who chairs a subcommittee on Space
and Aeronautics in Washington.

He is not alone in his concerns. A survey of space

industry professionals carried out last week found that
60 per cent oppose ending the programme, with many
citing concerns that cancelling Constellation will
mark the end of US manned space missions for good.

But are they right? Others point out that the

retirement of the Space Shuttle later this year was
always going to mean a temporary pause in American
White House plans will scrap Ares, the Shuttle's
spacecraft carrying astronauts into orbit, and say that proposed replacement [GALLO/GETTY]
plans to put Americans on board Russian spaceflights
have been in place for some time.

Marco Carceres, a space industry expert at the Teal Group, a team of aeronautical analysts, says
that the end of the Constellation programme could cement the future of American space
exploration by tapping into a previously unexploited resource; the private sector.

"There are many people who feel that the US is going to cede its leadership in manned space
flight to countries like Russia, China and possibly India," he says.

"In fact, the opposite may be the case."

The new space plan earmarks $1.2bn for "transformative research" involving NASA and private
industry, and it is here that some experts believe huge rewards could lie.

Supply missions

Abandoning the Constellation programme could produce the right market conditions for the
emergence of first privately-developed space vehicles used by astronauts, Carceres says, and
believes they could appear sooner than many expect.
"Realistically we are three to five years away," he says.

"The possibility for

money making
ventures that will
spin off into other
industries is high"

Marco Carceres, Teal Group

space analyst

Harnessing the resources of the private sector to develop space technology is not a new idea.
Private space technology companies are slated to start running unmanned supply missions to the
International Space Station within the next year and many market analysts see it as a matter of
time before they start carrying astronauts.

If the supply flights are successful, and investors come up with development cash to add to
Nasa's research grants, the next generation of astronauts taking off from American soil could be
strapped into spacecraft designed by private companies, not government agencies.

"Much depends on their [private companies'] success supplying the space station, and in
attracting private investment," Carceres says.

"The possibility for money making ventures that will spin off into other industries is high."

Even if privatised human spaceflight does not catch on immediately, the White House insists that
it has no intention of abandoning human spaceflight for ever.

The Obama adminstration's plan outlines a "steady stream" of robotic missions "to scout
locations and demonstrate technologies to increase the safety and capability of future human
missions."

The US president faces a battle to get his plans approved by a cautious Congress.

If he succeeds and his gamble on attracting private investment pays off, then the world might be
about to enter a new era in which profit, rather than political prestige, drives the development of
human space-flight.

KATYN 2. ''The Russian bear is back. Like
Dracula rising from his coffin''
Publication time: 14 April 2010, 12:24

The New York Post published in its issue dated

April 14 an article by Arthur Herman, where he
almost directly says that the crash of the Polish
plane had been organized by the international
terrorist organization of the FSB Russia under
an order of Putin and Medvedev. The article
says:

"The plane crash that killed Poland's president and 95 others is for Poland's neighbor Russia,
however, it's an opportunity to push for hegemony over Eastern Europe, as in the Iron Curtain
days.

For the Russian bear is back. Like Dracula rising from his coffin, it now stalks the world long
after we thought it dead and buried. And President Obama's feckless handling of foreign affairs
is giving Russia's authoritarian leadership a chance like no other to expand its power -- and
steadily diminish ours.

Some will believe the Russian account of the crash, that the Polish pilot deliberately endangered
the lives of his president and the entire upper echelon of his country's leadership by trying to land
in a thick fog despite repeated warnings from Russian ground control.

Others won't believe -- remembering that President Lech Kaczynski was a bitter foe of Russia's
Vladimir Putin, and how Putin's dreaded FSB (the KGB's successor) was linked six years ago to
a plot to poison Ukraine's president.

Either way, expect new, perhaps irresistible, pressure on Poland to toe the Kremlin line. Throw
in the START treaty that Russia extracted from our president just last week, and anyone who
imagined we won the Cold War had better think again.
Americans watched the Soviet Union implode in 1990, and saw Russia reduced to a national
basket case. Her former empire splintered into 15 independent republics, from the Ukraine and
Georgia to Kyrgyzstan. Her once-mighty army, navy and nuclear arsenal split the same way.

American policymakers simply wrote Russia off as a country without a present, and no clear
hope for the future. Soviet experts like Condoleezza Rice, once the heavyweights of every
Washington think tank, scrambled to find other work.

They should have realized that a country rich in resources from oil and natural gas to iron, gold
and diamonds wouldn't stay poor for long -- and that a nation with a long history of aggressive
imperial expansion wouldn't rest easy at having shrunk to a size smaller than when Peter the
Great became czar.

In 2000, Russians elected Putin president. As rising oil prices began to fill Russia's coffers, he
promised to restore Russia's pride and power -- with the price soon revealed as the end of her 10-
year chaotic experiment with democratic freedom.

Putin the ex-KGB agent had learned a valuable lesson buried in the ashes of defeat: Communism
had held back the Soviet Union. When it came to intimidating Russia's European neighbors as
well as her own people, the cold, naked exercise of power for power's sake worked far better --
especially when the United States insisted on looking the other way.

So, for 10 years, America sat by while Putin massacred the Chechens, murdered dissident
journalists and jailed Russia's leading industrialists while installing his cronies in their place.

We sat by while Putin tripled Russia's defense budget.

The US did nothing, for Rice and others insisted that nothing interfere with our effort to get
Russia to endorse UN sanctions against Iran -- a country the Russians were helping to arm.
Finally, in the summer of 2008, the brutal Russian incursion into independent Georgia made the
Bush administration change its mind about Putin. But then came a US election, and a new
foreign-policy team. Far from learning from Bush's mistakes, Obama is now determined to
compound them.

The first step was abandoning our democratic Eastern European allies, including Poland, that had
defied Putin by agreeing to host US missile-defense systems in their countries: Obama dropped
the plan because it offended the Russians. This was followed a week ago by the START treaty
that locks us into permanent nuclear decline while Russia is free to modernize its nukes and even
build its own missile-defense shield.

And the very day the treaty was signed came the coup against the government of Kyrgyzstan,
which is a vital air-supply line to our troops in Afghanistan.

What's next? Putin and his puppet president, Dmitry Medvedev, now say they won't support any
gasoline boycott against Iran -- the one sanction that might halt the Iranian nuclear program as it
comes into the final turn.

We won't know the truth about this weekend's crash until the plane's "black box" flight recorder
is safely out of Russian hands.

But we already know the truth about Putin. People laughed when Bush said he'd looked into
Putin's soul and saw a good man. Obama has looked at Putin's bloodstained hands and sees a
leader we can deal with".

Putin the ex-KGB agent had learned a valuable lesson buried [Death implied] in the ashes of
defeat: Communism had held back the Soviet Union [The Soviet Army was equivalent of the US

especially when the United States insisted on looking the other way. [Not True since many US
Bases exist in Europe as part of the US Legacy during the Cold War]
