Prices
: Ex-Works (Navi Mumbai). Packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, octroi / town duty etc.

: Less @ 10% on the above price.
Payment
: 100% Payment in advance against Proforma Invoice by NEFT / Demand draft / Cheque
payable at Mumbai along with C form at the time of dispatch of goods.
Minimum
: Minimum order should be for Rs.10,000/-, otherwise Handling Charges of Rs. 200/- will be

Delivery
: 2 - 3 Weeks from the date of receipt of your confirm order.
Sales Tax
: 2% C.S.T. against C Form extra. In case the value of the Invoice is less than Rs. 5,000
you may deposit Rs. 500 in lieu of the C form and the same will be refunded after you
submit the C form to us. Alternatively for Invoice less than Rs. 5000 please confirm
acceptance to 12.50% V.A.T. while placing your Purchase Order. Rate ruling at the time of
supply will be charged irrespective of due delivery date of the goods.
Central Excise : Presently CED 12% + 3% = 12.36% extra. Please inform your ECC No., TIN No. and other
excise particulars at the time of ordering. Modvat Invoice is sent with the goods and it is the
consignees responsibility to collect the same.
Validity
: Upto One Month from the date of Quotation. Can be extended on request.
Guarantee
: All products are guaranteed for 12 months against defective workmanship as per our
standard guarantee policy. This Transaction is subject to MUMBAI jurisdiction only.
