Senior Accountant - AP( 150541)

Description
Role:
- Verify all expenses in most saving manner before getting adequate approval
- Be responsible for accurate account and cost center booking into system in AP invoicing and meet time line
- Calculate delivery cost, transportation cost
- Down payment, Deposit, Advance to Employees / Suppliers follow up
- Ensure absolute compliance with statutory tax regulations, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), PI policies on
accounting, financial reporting, and other internal control requirements.
- Ensure all accounting entries either AP invoices or GL manual should be timely & properly accrued/ estimated when
GRN or services received or accepted to reflect the accounting matching principle.
- Responsible for some assigned tasks relating to daily payments operations ensure payment are processed to correct
bank account on Citidirect banking system and accounting entries are timely and accurately input in Oracle system
Accountabilities:
- Alignment between Control, Planning and Risk Management & Compliance in accounting and processes. Comply with
VAS on matching principle
- Prompt verification for integrity and legality and invoicing AP to all suppliers into Oracle, and T&E. Fully comply with
statutory tax policy on overseas fund transfer. Ensure to capture all tax liabilities at source.
- Strictly implement of latest P&P, SOA and Approval matrix.
- Month-end closing.
- Freight calculation for third party freight charge, for transportation accruals.
- Suppliers, employee advance, down payment, deposit.
- Responsible for some assigned tasks relating to daily payments operations ensure payment are processed to correct
bank account on Citidirect banking system and accounting entries are timely and accurately input in Oracle system
- Provide team backup when required.
- Assume other assignments assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- University graduation with major in Finance, specialized in Finance and Accounting
- At least 2 year of relevant experiences, preferred FMCG
- Good experience in managing and using accounting software such as Oracle
- Good at management of paper work/ data/ file order
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Good English communication skills
- Good computer skills in MS Oce

- Cooperative, proactive manner

- Proven leadership capability either potentially or in actual past deliveries
