Space Management Manager( 160053)


Description
Role:
To build strong partnership with customers and deliver SPVB business target via space management for SPVB
categories in Modern Trade Channel. To leverage shopper insights (category decision making trees), category
performance and market trends/market potential to optimize space on shelf for SPVB categories. To work closely with
CD-MT team (Account manager) to sell in/negotiate space management concept with MT customers
Accountabilities:
1. Develop Optimized planogram SPVB categories, applying Category Management knowledge
- Analyze strategies and tactics of each MT customers in space management for Beverage categories
- Understand SPVB Trade/Brand strategy and its potential size and category management to develop space
management principles/guidelines for SPVB categories in each MT customers
- Work with Customer Insights/Marketing/Trade Marketing/Research agency/Regional team for shopper insights (e.g
Category Decision Making trees) to develop planogram proposal for each SPVB categories in MT
- Build space improvement roadmap for SPVB categories in MT based on category roles/performance or strategies of
SPVB & track the progress frequently
- Analyze business performance for each category by brand/flavor/sku in each customers to develop specific
planogram for that specific customer/store
- For a new product launch, always recommend a planogram proposal for each individual MT customer with a selling
story
- Negotiate (and/or together with AM) for the planogram proposal to MT customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service in space management with MT customers
2. Set objectives and tracking results
- Set clear objectives that are consistent with company goals and communicate the objectives clearly
- Review progress vs objectives on a monthly basis
- Propose corrective actions if any
3. Identify & Win New Business
- Identify and evaluate new space management opportunities to optimize the proposal for SPVB
- Develop planogram for new customers
4. Others
- Coordinate /lead projects in CD-MT team and or in company which drive category growth or drive eciency in team
Qualifications
- University graduation.
- Have knowledge of Space Management. Category management is a plus.

CSR

- Experience in Space management (planogram) in FMCG company/ in retailer environment/research company.


Minimum 05 years of experience.
- Good communication, negotiation & love to work with retailers
- Logical thinking, customer/ shopper mindset
- Good commands of English & computer usage
