INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
Membership in the Ohio Bible Fellowship is open to men of good Christian character and conduct who, having met the 
constitutional requirements, manifest their Christian life and service in a manner consistent with the Scriptures and the 
standards of this organization. The following are specific causes for the rejection of applicants for membership: use of 
liquor, tobacco or narcotics, immorality, divorce, remarriage after divorce, marriage to a divorcee, membership in an 
oath‐bound society, unfavorable references, doctrinal and constitutional disagreements. Failure to answer all questions 
will result in application being returned. 
I hereby make application for membership in the Ohio Bible Fellowship, Inc. The membership fee of $15 is enclosed 
herewith. I understand that the membership is renewable each January 1.
