Parul University is Indias Premier Multidisciplinary University established under
Gujarat Private University Act 2009. Government of Gujarat passed a bill on 26th
March 2015 giving Parul Group of Institutes, run by Parul Arogya Seva Mandal
Trust, university status. A vision of an industrious man, Dr. J.K. Patel, who was
determined to prevent students from leaving Gujarat in early 90s owing to the lack
of higher education facilities. He established self-financed academic institutions
offering degree/diploma/post graduate courses in different fields, thus enabling
deserving students gain quality higher education in Gujarat. With the passage of
time, trustees of Parul Arogya Seva Mandal incorporated a slew of other
professional courses, making Parul University a leading Indian educational
institute.
While giving a brief insight into Parul University, one of its administration
executives stated, It is a matter of great pride for us that our university is the only
campus in Gujarat that has 109 faculty members belonging to the reputed
organizations ranging from IITs to NITs. Our 150-acre campus comprises of 22
