ABSTRACT

The objective of this project is to study the employee motivation in BHEL and to
find out the impact of these motivational in improving their performance. The data has
been collected with the help of structured questionnaire issued to 100 employees as a
sample of the universe 1648. The data collected has been interpreted using percentage
analysis and tested using one way ANOVA as statistical tool. In concise from the
interpretation and made it was found that the employees are demotivated to certain
extend and, its the time for suggestions were given to overcome these factors and to
improve the work performance of the employees.
