Human Resources.
As a Managing Director, Teodora lead organizational
development initiatives to support and enhance the organizations
strategic plan and managed the development and growth of the
MENA branch of the KPI Institute.
In the Organizational Development field, her activity has
resulted the development and implementation programs for
talent management, recruitment, induction and innovation.
Some of Teodora`s most significant projects include the design
and implementation of various corporate expansion projects,
business development strategies for the Middle East, alignment
of organizational Job Descriptions, evaluations and competence
based recruitment.
At the 2014 HR Summit in Dubai, Teodora held a workshop
on Workplace perspectives, covering the topic of Pay for
Performance. Being part of a student trainers team, she
facilitated 28 local, 12 regional, 8 national and 6 international
training courses, on leadership and personal development,
project and team management.
