Nath yogi Pashupatinath learned these techniques when he became a wandering monk. His
teacher Babaji Nagraj Nath was keen that these techniques be taught publicly to non-yogis who
might be ready to live with honesty and integrity to their real intentions.
On 2015 Nov 1 the first Personal Healing Institute was launched by Pashupatinath's student
Anomit Ghosh and his team. The centers are spaces organized by volunteers and students
who benefit from healing, which in turn offer free healing to the community as envisaged
by Babaji Nagraj Nath.

Yoga Shanti
Unless our ideas match our true intentions, we create a lack of response from our
body.
For instance, if we have the idea that we should
be richer but our intention is really to make our
family stop complaining about how hard life is,
then this is a fertile ground for disease. Because
getting a disease at this time will fulfill our true
intentions of stopping them from complaining.
But we may not be aware that this was indeed our
true intention because we are conditioned that our
family deserves to complain about how hard life is.
Thus when our ideas do not match our intentions
exactly, we open the door for disease. Yoga shanti is a way of meditating upon the diseased part
and naming the true intention and having different healthy ideas as strategies for fulfilling that
intention, thus freeing our body to cancel the disease as a strategy.
Yoga Agni
These consist of 10 primal vibrations channeled through the body. Once the Shanti is
completed, the body responds very fast and softens and relaxes the muscular system and fascia.
Thus easing the pressure in internal organs and nerves.
It also releases chemicals in the body to enable new healthy neuropathways in the nervous system
thus deeply correcting hormonal imbalances and habitual thoughts relieving anxiety and
depression.
Yoga Mukti
The Mukti are the massage techniques of yoga that follow the energy lines of the body called Nadi.
The massage includes assisted asanas and stretches that release deeply held tensions and
unconscious resistances.

I see a lot of changes happening within me. I was carrying a burden of 'tradition'. I
feel lighter now. I learnt to let it go. I see spirituality developing within. I find myself
floating at times. I feel like a silk worm opening up slowly and gradually. I work
throughout the day but then I do not feel exerted. The energy does not go down
even during the evenings.
The thought process has gained much clarity. I can come out of any unwanted
relationship which did not happen before.
The most important thing that I learnt in this course was the importance of being present to
yourself as in this way I also learnt how to be present to others so that you form a strong base in
order to build meaningful relationships.
I've always been afraid of touch or being around people as I tap into their feelings
and take it. But in the process of this course my body gained a confidence of its own
separate than my mind to allow being healed or touched by others as it had learnt how
to make it a mutual process.
Many closeted talents have arisen along with a stranger sense of patience and not
letting my anger reach above the scale of 5 but just enough to know what's troubling me
and channelizing the destructive energy to something creative.
Much of what I've experienced with my schizophrenia and epilepsy has now found actual
meaningful words and roads for everything otherwise called a 'symptom'. I'll have to write a
research paper on this at some point! :)

Ashwins teaching have given me tools to tackle basic situations in a calm and
composed manner.
I was a short tempered person, but through these methods I have learnt to take
things in a calm manner, even if they are moving slow with the full trust and
confidence over the unconscious mind. Along with the healing, the regular practice
of trying to get lucid in the dream, has helped me enhance even my creativity.
I didn't take healing seriously before this course. But in the first
few days, I realized how much I had damaged my body and mind by not taking
mindful action when I should have. During the course, I learned how to deal
with that damage and repair it.
Healing others can only be done if you are healed yourself. Every time I healed
someone, I could feel my own body changing. By the tenth day, an old ankle sprain was almost
completely gone and so was my nasal septum problem.
The yogamukti healing was a very enriching experience. I feel very relieved and
stress free. I have been practicing the breathing techniques that the trainer taught,
and post that I see changes in my posture and overall energy level. Enthusiasm,
happiness and a feeling of contentment would sum it up. I definitely recommend
this healing technique for all those who are willing to welcome a change in their
lives.
