Self-propelled Compost Turner

Self-propelled Compost Turner adopts four-wheel driving structure which can move forward,
backward or make a turn just by one operator. When turning on the raw material heap, its
special crushing function in the subsequent aerobic fermentation stage is cost-effective that it
could crunch dried material and then generates new strips of bio fertilizer. Such a design not
only saves money spending on fertilizer crushing machine (high moisture materials crusher,

Groove Type Compost Turner

Our groove type windrow turner applies to ferment and compost all kinds of organic waste
and easily applies in different fertilizer plants. It is equipped with solar-fermentation chamber,
fermentation tank, etc. There are 2 kinds of groove compost turner, one with hydraulic

Auger Type Compost Turner

Auger type compost turners is equipped with PLC control cabinet which can operate by
manual operation or automatic control. It have a horizontal rotating shaft which flights or
paddles arranged in an auger-like fashion. The shaft is shrouded in the back by a curved
housing, which gives the turner the appearance of a snow blower. The paddles lift and spiral
the material to one side as the machine move forward, displacing the windrow or pile to the
side. The machine can turn individual windrows and slices of large piles, with the width of the
cut determined by the shaft width. Windrows and piles are limited in height by the diameter
of the shaft paddles
