: At the end of the lesson the target learners able to:

1. Recognize English vocabulary about directions.


2. Use some expressions to show and give direction in English.
3. Use some expressions to describe how to get from one place to
another.
4. Recognize English vocabulary about food.
5. Use some expressions to explain food ingredients and how to make
it.

Teaching and Learning Activities (first meeting)


Whilst-activity:
1. Giving information about the material.
2. Mentioning the learning objectives to target learner.
Jadi hari ini kita akan membantu mbak untuk berkomunikasi
dengan baik dalam melayani bule. Misalnya ketika bule bertanya
tentang arah menuju ke kolam renang dan apa itu capcay . Jadi
mbak bisa memberikan arahan yang benar dan menyebutkan bahan
apa saja yang terdapat dalam capcay kepada bule.
3. Showing the vocabularies list that related to the topic by using 15
directions flash card and 15 food flash card while pronouncing the
words together. Each flash card has picture, name, and how to
pronoun.
Kami akan menunjukan 15 kosa kata direction dan 15 kosa kata
food yang mungkin akan mbak gunakan ketika memberi arahan dan
menyebutkan bahan makanan kepada mereka, misalnya : go
across , go to the left, right, leaf lettuce, string beans, carrot, crispy,
dll. Adakah kata-kata yang belum mbak pahami?
4. Translating the meaning of the new words.
Closing:
1. Reading the given vocabularies together with target learner.

Teaching and Learning Activities (second meeting)


Whilst-activity:
1. Giving information about the material.
2. Mentioning the learning objectives to target learner.
Jadi hari ini kita akan belajar langsung dengan menggunakan
dialog. Misalnya ketika bule bertanya tentang dimana hortensia
resto?, wedang jahe ini terbuat dari apa?, dll . Jadi mbak bisa
memberikan arahan yang benar dan menyebutkan bahan apa
saja yang terdapat dalam capcay menggunakan bahasa inggris.
3. Showing the dialogues that related to the topic by using 5
direction posters and 5 food poster while pronouncing the
dialogue together.
Kami akan menunjukan 5 dialog tentang direction dan 5 dialog
tentang food yang mungkin akan mbak gunakan ketika memberi
arahan dan menyebutkan bahan makanan kepada mereka,
misalnya :
Direction
Costumer : how can I get to the gift store?
Waiterss : to get the drugstore from hortensia entry gate, you
need to go to the left, then right, and the drug store will be on
your left side.
Food
Customer : can you please tell us what is the recommended
menu for our lunch?
Waiterss : well, I think you can have gado-gado. It is made from
several kinds of vegetables coated in peanut sauce.

mbak jelaskan arah ke hortensia resto?, kalo arah menuju ke
toilet gimana mbak ngomongnya?, dll.
