ANTENNA MOUNTS

These T-arm mounts with a usable width of 5.0 m, are able to

support up to 6 omnidirectional or panel antennas fixed on
special pipe mounts (art. PMAR .) at any point along the
horizontal 100 mm square section tube. This member is divided
into three sections, the two outer sections pivot horizontally, in
order to help antenna installation and maintenance.
The mount, in hot-dip galvanized steel, is equipped with a
mechanical orientation system which allows precise tilting of the
antennas.
Azimuth adjustment is achieved by rotating the whole T-arm
mount around its vertical axis. The assembly is then locked in
position by means of windbraces (art. WBAR .).
All the mechanical adjustment components are in bronze and
stainless steel.
The T-arm is anchored to the main structure (tower, pole, etc),
by means of two fixing collars for 114 mm pipes.

ANTENNA MOUNTS

These brackets enable antenna pipe mounts to be fixed to T-arm

mounts type TAAR 5, allowing adjustment of the distance
between the centre line of the pipe mount itself and the T-arm
support member. In this way, different radiant systems can be
installed on the same T-arm, with optimum positioning of the
antennas and adequate radioelectric decoupling, both
horizontally and vertically.
The brackets, in hot-dip galvanized steel, are supplied complete
with pipes in various lengths and with fixing hardware.

Radomes for dish antennas consist of a Hypalon plastic fabric

which is extremely durable and resistant to atmospheric agents.
The radomes by calzavara are suitable for use with the majority of
dish antennas in the market and with the most commonly found
models which are no longer in production.
Non standard products can be supplied to Customers' specific
requirements.
The supply includes all the necessary stainless steel installation
accessories, such as fixing anchors and spring tensioners.

Twin flange telescopic windbraces consist of two tubes of different

diameters and lengths, one inside the other, in order to provide
increased stiffness with telescopic extension.
Once the exact length of the windbrace has been determined, it is
locked by means of an intermediate collar which, when tightened,
prevents sliding of the tubes. These windbraces, in hot-dip
galvanized steel, have a flange at each end for fixing to antenna
support structures.
They may be partially or totally fixed using single, double or twist
brackets (art. PBSF . FS/FT - PBRF .).

This flange comprises two parallel lugs and is used for securing the
ends of windbraces, by means of bolts. This accessory, which is
bolted at the base, allows the windbrace to rotate in two planes, at
right angles to each other. Orientation of the windbrace in any
position is therefore possible. The accessory is made entirely of hotdip galvanized steel and is supplied complete with fixing hardware.

GROUNDING PROTECTION
grounding kit
The kit is designed to dissipate to ground the electrical discharge

picked up by the lightning protection system.
It connects directly to the base of the structure and consists of a
buried ring of copper conductor and grounding rods, surrounding
the foundations.
