Operational staff transferred to WSSP under deputation arrangements will be part of the hierarchy.
Majority of these employees will work in the zonal offices, however these employees may be
transferred from one location to another on need basis.
Manager Accounts and Assistant Manager Accounts at the Zonal Offices will be directly reportable
CFO. Manager Accounts and Assistant Manager Accounts will also report on financial and zonal
matter to Zonal Managers.

4. Human Resource Planning


WSSP believes that the Human resource planning is key in success of any organization. Human
Resource Function shall be responsible for human resource planning for the next fiscal year. For the
preparation and approval of Annual Human Resource Plan, WSSP will follow the process given
below:
i.

For zonal offices, Zonal Managers shall submit their anticipated human resource
requirements identifying the new position requirements in the next fiscal year to GM
Operations at head office.
