I n exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to

section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the
Governor is pleased to direct that the proviso to rule 8 of the
Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Revised PayKules, 2009, and
the table at the end of first Schedule shall be deemed to have
been deleted w.e.f. 21.05.2014.
