Group 1 Documentation

The strategy used for Stream evaluation is divided into 2 categories the first category contains
the parameters that the students put forward and the second category deals with the objective
testing. The idea is to do a full case analysis of the student so that no path is left unravelled and
we can guarantee the success of his or her choice for class 11-12.
Various terms used in the process flow and their Description (refer Group 1 workflow)
Category which deals with the subjective parameters that need discussion with student.
1. Subject Interest: The student might have some predefined interest or inclination or
he might have excitement for some specific field. Those interests will be listed here.
Interests can have various categories:
1.1 what they might want to become
1.2 Some specific future university goals
1.3 Some profession goals
1.4 Specific Subject that seems interesting.
2. Where the friends are going: No one wants to be left alone , so a major chunk of
students or group of friends like to opt for the same stream without giving a second
thought to where the future lies , if a student has any such need , this ll be discussed
here.
3. Family professions: Families usually like the child to be in the same field as they are ,
so if a child has any such ribbons in mind , all those will be listed under this section.
4. Establishment time and money required: Not all professions require same amount of
money, like a doctor might need higher investment as compared to an engineer or a
person with SAT goal will definitely need a fat balance to accomplish things , although
this is of least importance because of the education loans available but still if a student
might want to consider it , we better list it down.
Category which deals with the objective approach which involves testing along the
curriculum guidelines.
5. Interest Based Testing: if a student has a predefined interest and has made up his mind
to opt for the same field , this testing will enable him to evaluate or validate if he is fit
for that and if not then what all areas he should strengthen if he wants to excel. This
type of testing will give student an edge as he will exactly know what he should target.
.
6. Generalised Testing: This is a testing system for students who are not sure of what
their interests are and thus a generic test will be created which will test their aptitude
across the curriculum filtered around the topics of most relevance in the future fields
and will thus provide a prediction of their weak and strong areas.
