Legal
Law of Trespass
This act give you the right as a creator to decide who can use your
literary, musical, dramatic and artistic works. It also gives you the right to
decide how your material is used by others. As the Copyright Designs and
Patents Act of 1988 is a civil law this mean if someone has taken your
material without your permission then it must be you who takes them to
court as opposed to it being a police matter.
I will not be using anybody elses work as all work used will be mine and
therefore original.
The Intellectual Property Rights help you prevent people from stealing any
creations of the mind. This mean that people cannot take any original
ideas/work from you without your permission. The most common form of
intellectual Property Rights is patents, copyright and trademarks, which
enable people to earn recognition or financial benefit from what they
invent or create.
Source of information
All ideas will be of my own creation during every aspect of this project
therefore I will not be breaking the Intellectual Property Rights. If I were to
use anybody elses ideas then I would ask for permission first.
Obscene Publications
This is an act that stops people from publishing images (profit or nonprofit) that may be deemed obscene in the eyes of the law. This could
include images of extreme sexual activity such as bestiality, necrophilia,
rape or torture. If you break this act then you could again face a fine or a
custodial sentence.
Source of information
My pictures will not feature anything that could be seen as obscene and
offensive for my audience.
