Limited Warranty
IronKey warrants that the media on which the IronKey Secure Flash Drive is delivered
will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the
date of activation. If any IronKey fails to so conform, or proves to have any such defects
during such one (1) year period, IronKey, at its option, will provide a new or refurbished
IronKey at no charge to you. The foregoing warranty (i) applies only to the original
Customer or the Customer’s legal representative with proof of purchase, and (ii) will not
apply to any IronKey that has been damaged as a result of negligent handling, modifica-
tion, disassembly or misuse.
