Benslow Music, located in Hitchin, is the trading name of an independent charity whose origins
go back some 80 years. Each year we give over 200 short music courses, most of them
residential. These are taught by some of the most celebrated names in the music industry and
offer training at all standards in everything from folk and jazz to classical, gospel and nonWestern musics. They attract a wide range of clients who come from all over the country,
increasingly from Europe, and from as far away as Australia and the Middle East. The
majority are of the post-40 generation and are professionals with large disposable
incomes. Many are retired, with time on their hands.
Each issue of our brochure enjoys a print run of 9,000, is widely distributed throughout the UK and overseas,
and is also available for downloading from our popular website. www.benslowmusic.org.
Despite the current economic climate our business is enjoying a period of excellent growth and is a name widely recognised within the
music and education industries. We would very much like your business to share the benefits of our increasing popularity by advertising in our
next brochure. This year for the first Benslow Music is offering the opportunity to advertise within its nationally and internationally circulated
brochure to business, local and otherwise beyond our usual musical retail partners.

b) Benslow Music Trust will not be held responsible for any errors or faults in reproduction and cannot correct any errors or faults in any received artwork.
c) An invoice will be sent with a copy of the publication once it has been printed. Full settlement is required within two weeks of receipt.
d) Benslow Music Trust reserves the right to refuse any advertisement on any grounds, including there being inadequate space in the brochure, even after agreeing a price and receiving copy.
e) Benslow Music Trust will not be held responsible for an advertiser failing to provide advertised goods and/or services offered in any advertisement or for any variation in those goods and services.

BOOK A FULL COLOUR PAGE ADVERT IN THE BENSLOW MUSIC COURSE BROCHURE AND JOIN US FOR THE DAY

Each year Benslow Music draws over 2,000 amateur musicians through its doors, some are repeat visitors others are discovering Benslow Music for the first time, however they all share the same
passion - music. For clients who book a full colour page in the Benslow Music course brochure, we are offering (by mutual agreement) a free exhibition stand at our premises.

WHY EXHIBIT?

Exhibiting provides amazing opportunities to build relationships, make sales and connect with a live targeted audience face-to-face and as we are offering this opportunity free of charge there are no
risks involved. Our visiting musicians enjoy a 30 minute coffee break from music making at 10.45am and again at 4pm, a one hour lunch is taken at 1pm. All breaks are taken in the Main house directly
next to the main exhibition lobby.

WHATS INCLUDED?

We supply a table (690mm x 220mm) and two chairs located in the main lobby of our large Victorian house, you are welcome to bring a roller banner.
We offer campus wide free wifi, please ask at reception for the password. You and a colleague are welcome to join our course participants for
complimentary lunches and tea/coffee is freely available throughout the day.

WHEN CAN I ARRIVE?

You are welcome to arrive from 9am, parking is ample and free at Benslow Music or if you are arriving by train, Hitchin train station is just a 5 minute walk
away. If you wish to courier items to Benslow Music in advance our mailing address is Benslow Music, Ibberson Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG4 9RB.

FEATURE IN OUR MONTHLY E-NEWSLETTER

You are also invited to submit a 300 word editorial which will be featured in our monthly e-newsletter The Buzz which is sent electronically to
9,000 Benslow Music clients and hard copies are distributed around the campus.

a) You are welcome to bring a roller banner, but please note that due to space we can only accommodate one of these.
b) Lunch must be pre-booked at least 5 days in advance of your exhibition date. We will provide two complimentary lunches, if you require more, these will be
charged at a nominal rate of 5 per person.
c) We cater for a range of special diets and allergies, please inform us at least 5 days in advance of your exhibition date.
