Con el verbo TO BE
El verbo TO BE forma su interrogativo colocando el verbo primero
(soy - am) y despus el sujeto, en este caso, un pronombre (yo).
Ej.
Yo soy un estudiante. I am a student.
Soy yo un estudiante? Am I a student? Yes, I am. / No, I am not.
Notemos que slo se cambi el orden de las palabras: I (sujeto) y AM (verbo), para formar el
interrogativo.
Ej.
El es un maestro. He is a teacher.
Es el un maestro? Is he a teacher? Yes, he is. / No, he is not.
Recordemos:
En ingls siempre se pone el pronombre. Nunca se omite. (En espaol si se puede omitir).
Para este tipo de preguntas la respuesta siempre ser Yes or No, (si o no), y luego se coloca
el sujeto de la oracin y la forma del verbo Be que corresponda.

Un y Una se traducen a o an
Se usa el artculo indefinido antes de un sonido consonante y an adelante de un
sonido vocal. El artculo indefinido indica una cosa cualquiera entre un grupo general, siempre
se utiliza en la forma singular de las palabra.
Por ejemplo:

an siempre se usa antes de una palabra que principia con sonido de vocal. La H en ingls es
J (consonante). Esta regla es muy importante y siempre debe recordarla.
