Graduation Portraits

HOW TO ORDER:-

1. Order Form: Print and complete the order form that has been sent via email.
Bring it along on the day of the fair. Forms are available at the Payment Desk
as well.
2. Payment Desk: PAYMENT IS ON THE DAY IN CASH OR BY CREDIT CARD if
paying by cash, please ensure you bring sufficient cash for your order. Please
note that once a payment has been made no exchange or refund of the same
can be made. Photographs are only taken after payment has been made.
3. Studio Experience: After the PAYMENT DESK take your professional
portraits at the on-site studio. With the large number of students present, we
would appreciate students to queue in an orderly fashion and be patient till
their turn comes.
4. Viewing Photographs: Approximately 1 month after the fair, The Imprint
Studio will email you a link for you to FINALIZE your choice of photos. These
photographs are basic edits and low resolution watermarked proofs. (Final
photographs are edited based on the order) Hence, it is very important for
you to provide a valid email address clearly on the order form. ONLY contact
Imprint Studio, if you have not received the link after one month. Do not
forget to check your spam folder as well.
5. Selection Process: You will receive a selection of approximately 7-10
photograph proofs. Photographs MUST be viewed from a desktop as the file
numbers are not displayed correctly on smartphones/tablets. On the link
sent, each photograph has a filename mentioned under it. i.e. OBJohnDoe-1.
Please use this filename to finalize your selection.
6. Email Selection: Send an email with your selection based on the order. For
example, if you have paid for 3 high-resolution photos, you can only choose 3
as that is what you have paid for. So, your email should state: For three high
resolution images, selection is: OBJohnDoe-1, OBJohnDoe-5, OBJohnDoe-8.
Please note once a selection has been made, the order cannot be changed.
7. Order Collection: AFTER receiving your selection, the order will be ready in 3
weeks. An email will be sent informing you that the order is ready for collection.

Additional Notes:-

Any damage to the frames after order collection is not the responsibility of
Imprint Studio.
