standards, and coordinating resolution of data quality issues. Provided module incorporation for
PeopleSoft applications. Researched and wrote the Repository Schema Management Guide, the
Repository User’s Guide, Repository Error Messages and the Repository On-line Help system.

Globalization (Localization L10N / I18N) Lead 1992 – 1994
Menlo Park, CA Localized 27 versions of Solaris include Japan, Korea, Taiwan and People’s Republic of
China. Produced the Application Developer’s Reference Manuals and the System Administrator’s
Guides for Asian localization of Sun’s Solaris and Java. The localized system focuses on different file
structures, networking, Asian font development, and various aspects of handling non-ASCII multibyte
Asian characters.

Los Altos, CA: Created documentation for Forms Manager, a C++, object oriented, Windows Tool Kit
for development of dialog boxes and embedded screens. Developed design and requirements
specifications for CHECWORKS, a flow accelerated corrosion analysis software package used in nuclear
and electric plant design and maintenance.

Development PM / Quality Assurance Engineer 1991 – 1992
Springdale, AR: Implemented Product Lifecycle Management for this global food producer, the
world's second largest processor and marketer of chicken, beef, and pork. Introduced new product
development processes and systems to optimize product speed to market while ensuring
regulatory standards are met, recorded, and available for reporting. Developed and implemented
new Supply Chain system including inventory management, shipping, transportation, warehouse
management, and integration of data to retailers systems. Worked with business inter-functional
and intra-divisional team members to finalize business requirements. Developed a four volume
Functional Specification, for upgrade and migration of Tyson's computer system to new platform.
Developed data-marts, and Data Model System Specifications, detailing new database system.
Also black box and white box testing, test script development, and training of project personnel.
QA Lead for migration of all HR applications and processes, including payroll processing. Union and
service contracts.

Bedford, MA: Developed software specifications, Q.A. and C++ code for REFLUPS (Resuscitation
Fluids Production Systems), a real time system which produces injectable solutions from potable water
and is used by mobile medical units.

UNIX Developer / Engineer 1989 – 1990; 1991
Cambridge, MA: Researched, wrote and edited the library and system calls for Open Software's unified
UNIX standard. Sources were derived from multiple UNIX versions including Tru64, HP-UX, IBM's AIX,
and Berkeley BSD. Designed and developed an SQL database of UNIX system calls. Committee
member for development of HTML standards.

SPINNAKER SOFTWARE
Quality Assurance Engineer 1991
Cambridge, MA: Developed user documentation for PFS:Write, an electronic publishing system;
and PFS:Resume Kit, a software package for generating resumes and organizing a job search.
Product was distributed to consumers through multiple retail channels. Established QA
department, lab, and procedures. Tested these products and provided feedback for bug fixes and
production modifications.

Technical Support Consultant 1990 - 1991
Hudson, MA: Responsible for researching and writing a trouble shooting guide for Computer
Integrated Manufacturing Technology (CIMT) Technical Support. This guide details maintenance and
recovery procedures for the production related software that supports Digital's semiconductor
manufacturing. Revised documentation for upgrade of WORKSTREAM software for version 5.0 to 5.1.
