PART TWO (See Page 1, PART TWO Facts/Allegations.): The specific thing or things I am complaining about are:

Hale Ralph Stancil retired December 31, 2015 as a Marion County Circuit Court Judge, according to notarized documents
provided by the Office Of State Court Administrators, see attached.
The Florida Bar directory page for Hale Ralph Stancil, printed today March 7, 2016 at 2:48 PM, shows he is an active
member of the judiciary, Judicial Position: Circuit Court - Sr. Judge, see attached.
Hale Ralph Stancil violated the following Rules of Professional Conduct.
Rule 4-7.21(a) A lawyer may not use a professional designation that violates rules 4-7.11 through 4-7.15; .
Rule 1-3.3 Official Bar Name and Contact Information (a) Designation. Each member of The Florida Bar must designate
an official bar name, mailing address, business telephone number, and business e-mail address. (b) Changes. Each member
must promptly notify the executive director of any changes in any information required by this rule.
Rule 4-8.4 A lawyer shall not: (c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation,...
I am concerned that Hale Ralph Stancil has not accepted the finality of his retirement from the bench, and that he plans to
usurp power to make rulings again in my open foreclosure case in Marion County (2013-CA-115), relying in part on the
authority of his Florida Bar directory page. If guilty of misconduct, I request The Florida Bar disbar Hale Ralph Stancil for
life. I am not asking The Bar to get involved in my foreclosure case. Professional discipline is all I request from The
Florida Bar.

PART THREE (See Page 1, PART THREE Witnesses.): The witnesses in support of my allegations are: [see attached
sheet].

PART FOUR (See Page 1, PART FOUR Signature.): Under penalties of perjury, I declare that the foregoing facts are
true, correct and complete.

Circuit Judge Hale Stancil to retire after 33

years
Published: Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:22 a.m.

Circuit Judge Hale Stancil will retire Dec. 31,

after wielding the gavel for 33 years.
His retirement was announced by the Fifth
Judicial Circuit.
Stancil served as a Marion County judge from
January 1983 to December 1993. He was
appointed by Gov. Lawton Chiles to the circuit
bench in November 1993 and began his tenure
in January 1994.

attorney during a murder trial in Ocala in this
Nov. 17, 2014 file photo. Stancil plans to retire.

Judge Stancil has served the people of the Fifth Judicial Circuit with integrity and
steadfast devotion to his duties for many years, said Don Briggs, the circuits chief
judge in a news release. He has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues
and other members of the court system. His retirement means that we have a huge
void to fill in terms of experience, but more so in terms of wisdom and
understanding.
Stancil currently handles felony and foreclosure cases and presides over drug court.
Circuit Judge David Eddy, who serves as administrative judge in Marion County,
called Stancil an exemplary judge who is respected and held to the highest
esteem by both members of the judicial system and legal community.
It has been a personal honor and privilege to have served as a fellow Circuit Court
Judge with Judge Stancil, said Eddy in the release. When he retires, his wisdom
and experience on the bench will be greatly missed.
In 1968, Stancil received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida
and earned his law degree in 1973 from Stetson University before venturing into
private practice. He served in the Marine Corps from 1969 to 1971.
